Cookie Policy

Last updated: 19 October 2026

This policy explains how ADS Facades Ltd uses cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage) on this website, in accordance with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (“PECR”) and the UK GDPR. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. Similar technologies, such as browser local storage, work in a comparable way. They can be “session” (deleted when you close your browser) or “persistent” (kept for a set period).

2. What we use

At present this website uses only strictly necessary cookies and storage. These are exempt from the consent requirement because they are needed to provide a feature you have asked for or to keep the site secure.

NamePurposeDuration
ads_sessionSecurity session – protects our contact form against cross-site request forgery and spam, and keeps authorised staff signed in to the website administration area.Session
ads_chat (browser local storage)Remembers your live-chat conversation on this device so that replies from our team reach you if you navigate or reload the page.Up to 30 days
ads_previewUsed only by authorised staff and testers to preview the website while it is in maintenance mode. Not set for ordinary visitors.7 days

3. Visit information and analytics

We do not use analytics, advertising, tracking or social-media cookies. To understand which pages and services interested visitors, the website keeps a short record of the visit (the referring website, the sections viewed and the buttons pressed) in your browser’s memory only. The website also sends our server a short anonymous visit record while a page is open (see the Privacy Policy); it does not use a cookie and stores nothing on your device. Switch off visit statistics on this device. See the Privacy Policy for details.

3a. Analytics, advertising and social-media cookies

We do not currently use analytics, advertising, tracking or social-media cookies. If we introduce any non-essential cookies in future, we will first ask for your consent through a cookie banner and update this policy.

4. Third-party content

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address and browser information (see our Privacy Policy). Maps or videos, if added, would be described here.

5. Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; guidance is available at aboutcookies.org. If you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of the website (such as the contact form and live chat) may not work.
